We need to arrange 2 periods in the day when many of us can get together rather than us all trying at different times of the day.  I was thinking about 1 during working hours & 1 in the evening.  Say 12:00 to 13:00 & 20:00 to 21:00.  Let me know what times YOU would prefer.
