A list of the rich & famous who own a Cerbera.

  • Dawn French
  • Vic Reeves
  • Keith Flint & Liam Hewlett of The Prodigy
  • Tears for Fears frontman - Curt Smith
  • NEW  Russell Hoult`s silver Cerbera. He's the Derby County goal keeper.  Often seen in Derby outside Pride Park on matchdays

I saw Keith's 4.5 with my own eyes when I visited the factory on the 4th of Feb. '98.  It is identical in spec to TVR 100, the yellow press car.  R reg, it has covered 2,500 miles.

If you can add to the list, please e-mail me.  I shall endeavour to find out a bit more about the owners & their vehicles.

EMMERDALE

Harrogate Horseless Carriages supply the production company with a Cerbie for high flying Steve Marchant.

UPDATED - 30th March '98 - The storyline recently showed Steve apparently selling his car, of paying someone to lose it.  He then told everyone it had been stolen.  Dunno why.   Will try to find out.

UPDATED - 31st March '98 - Discovered that Harrogate HC actually sold the 4.5 in February.  So...    The car we saw most recently was actually a 4.2 in the same colour.   That's probably why we never saw the wheels.

UPDATED - 8th July '99 - Now up for sale again at Hexham HC.  96 TVR Cerbera 4.2 AJP Coupe  Antique Turquoise, Biscuit full hide, 10,000 Miles Air con, Hydratrak, HHC History, £29,995 (T) Hexham Horseless Carriage Tel: 01434 601666

The first one N680 NUA in antique turquoise ended up at Hexham HC & was sold to a guy who drove up from Essex way, arriving at the dealership at about 23:00 !  I saw it again when it came back for some tidying up resplendent with a pair of WLA exhausts.  It is that vehicle which is featured in the review on the WLA exhausts, from ACCESSORIES.  It had 7,300 miles on the clock on the 4th August '97.

I kept seeing the second one, light silvery blue one at Harrogate.

The current one is the 4.5 I road tested at Hexham HC.   Pictures can be seen <HERE>.
